Happy adopted client writes
One detail of our client followup is to send out a birthday card each year. The card contains a dinner certificate. We send it to clients and “adopted clients”.
An adopted client is someone who bought one of our listings while they were represented by another agent. Since most agents don’t stay in touch, we adopt many clients.
It was nice to receive this thank you card today…
