5 Words That Create Results

The Law of Cause and Effect says that everything we experience in life is a result of a Mindcause that we set into motion.  Bob Proctor says, “Everything that’s coming into your life you are attracting into your life.  And it’s attracted by virtue of the images you’re holding in your mind.  It’s what you’re thinking.  Whatever is going on in your mind you are attracting to you.”

What if there was a practical way to alter our thoughts to produce the results we really want.  That’s what these five words accomplish.  They are: Relax, Recognize, realize, Reason, and Release.

Step #1 - RELAX.  Changing our consciousness requires quieting ourselves to the point of physical and emotional relaxation. Stress and tension is the enemy of relaxation. The reason affirmations do not work for some people is because there is a conflict between what they are saying and what they are feeling. Take a few minutes each day to enter into a state of total relaxation.

Step #2 - RECOGNIZE. Dr. Robert Anthony says, “We must recognize that we are surrounded by a Universal Mind which contains all Power, all Knowledge and all Wisdom. Some call it a Higher Power; some call it Source Energy; for me it is God. I recognize that God’s Wisdom, Knowledge, and Power is available to me.

Step #3 - REALIZE. We must realize that we are ONE with this Universal Mind and not separate from it. We are co-creators transforming our thoughts into things.  From God we receive wisdom and guidance, and at the same time we can program our mind to think the right thoughts to create any life we desire.

Step #4 - REASON. We must have a reason to create.  We must have a purpose and goals. 

The conscious part of our mind is the “thinker” and the subconscious is the “prover.”  The prover proves what the thinker thinks.  If you think you are a failure, you will be.  If you think you are successful you will be.  The only function of the subconscious mind is to prove that the thinker is right.

Whatever you hold to be true in your subconscious mind will manifest itself in your life.  The key is to understand that the subconscious can be directed.  The power of choice is available to us.  We can select the kinds of thoughts we think and the beliefs we hold.

Step #5 - RELEASE. This means to let go.  One of the mains reasons people have trouble manifesting what they want is that they don’t trust that it works. 

“Whatever we think about, we bring about, so if you are worrying that something won’t work, you will create the very result you fear.  It’s like plating a seed in the ground and going out to the garden every day and digging it up to see if the seed is growing.  At some pint, you must release the seed to the ground and let it go.” - Dr. Robert Anthony

The key to creating the life we want is to stop trying to figure out HOW to create it. We simply must turn our desire over to our subconscious mind which is connected to the Universal Mind (God) and let it come to pass. Let it “bring the goal to you and you to your goal.”
